Best Camping Cooler; Coleman Xtreme cooler!

One of the most important pieces of camping gear that I own is my Coleman Cooler. I think the importance of having a cooler as part of your camping equipment goes without saying. I currently own the 62 quart wheeled Xtreme cooler by Coleman and love it.

The Coleman Xtreme cooler can store ice for up to 5 days at temperatures in the 90 degree range. As I mentioned earlier, I have the Xtreme cooler with wheels on it. It has two large wheels that make it very easy to transport. Using the tow handle makes this a synch to move around all the beautiful campgrounds that I visit. Now, I have to admit that I like to drink a cold one around the fire or on the lake when I fishing. What’s nice about the Coleman Xtreme cooler that I have is that it can hold up to 85 cans! I haven’t tried to fill it that much yet because the wife would not be too happy that she can’t fit all her stuff in their for her favorite Dutch Oven recipes. One day I will!

The Coleman Xtreme cooler comes in the following sizes: 36 quart, 52 quart, 62 quart with wheels, 70 quart, 100 quart, and 100 quart with wheels. I bought mine at one of my local camping gear stores for about $80.00. Coleman coolers are worth every penny!

What’s nice about this piece of camping gear, is that like my Brunton binoculars, I can use it for more than just camping gear. I can take it to the beach, the park, or anywhere that I need a cooler.

Well now for some more great news, in addition to being an avid camper, I absolutely love golf. Prior to my current job, I was in the golf industry for about 9 years. After having so many of my friends ask me questions about golf equipment, I finally decided to put together a golf equipment reviews website. Check it out. It’s going to have some great information on it about all the best golf clubs including TaylorMade golf clubs and Ping golf clubs.

Cheap Camping Gear

Best Camping Gear Reviews understands that during these tough times it can be hard to buy new camping gear. In this blog, we have put together some of our favorite pieces of cheap camping gear.

It is always important that you have a flashlight as part of your camping equipment. While Streamlight flashlights and Surefire flashlights are some of best flashlights, they are also expensive. MagLite flashlights are very good with a lot smaller price tag. The original MagLite 4-D cell flashlight is a good alternative to a flashlight like the Streamlight UltraStinger. The MagLite 4-D cell flashlight provides a good beam of light and only costs about $24.00.

Best Camping Gear Reviews has just been given a pair of Glo Glovs. These gloves are great for hiking. They have a nice textured grip on them and have some reflective material stitched on them. They can be seen from a long ways away which is great should you not have your Garmin GPS with you and get lost. Glo Glovs has two models, a traffic control model for police gear, and a sport model. Glo Glovs cost about $20.00.

As most campers know, binoculars can be expensive. Brunton binoculars makes the Echo Waterproof binocular that is a decent binocular for a small price compared to the Nikon and Bushnell binoculars. The Brunton Echo Waterproof binoculars cost about $48.00.

On a side note, Best Camping Gear Reviews is getting ready to change the design of our website. Seeing that we don’t know all the ins and outs of the web design business we have been doing some research on cheap web hosting companies. We have found some companies like BlueHost web hosting and HostMonster web hosting that offer some of the best PHP web hosting according to them. If you have had any feedback on those companies or if you know of the best MySQL web hosting company please let us know. Thanks!
